Temporary supply setup
Access temporary power for a few days or several months, to ensure that your essential operations can continue without interruption.
Applying for temporary power supply
Temporary power supply can be essential for emergencies and natural disaster response, events like festivals and fairs, or for construction workers on a site without any permanent electrical connection.
To start a temporary connection you must submit a request via the connections portal. This process typically involves submitting detailed plans of your temporary power setup, including load calculations and site layouts.
Documentation such as proof of ownership or leasing agreements for the site may also be required. The approval can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.
Temporary supply arrangements to a development site during the building process can be made with a temporary builder’s supply.
In providing a temporary builder’s supply, you must obtain a Temporary Builder’s Supply National Metering Identifier (TBS NMI). Endeavour Energy may require the developer to conduct contestable works or further requirements.
