Report a streetlight fault
If a streetlight is not working, flickering, damaged or staying on during the day, you can report it quickly and easily using our online map.Â
When to report a streetlight issue
You can use the map to report streetlights that are:
- Not working at night
- Flickering or cycling on and off
- Damaged or leaning
Staying on during daylight hours
Before submitting a report, the map will also show you if the issue has already been reported or repaired.
Please do not attempt to repair or touch a streetlight yourself. Streetlights are part of the electricity network and must be handled by trained crews.

Click on the streetlight that isn’t working. This allows you to check its status and start a report.
Report the fault
Choose the option to report a faulty streetlight and provide a few details about the issue.
